  • Childcare Coordinator - set up childcare with the YMCA and maintain list of sign ups
  • Program and Program Ads - solicit advertisements for the auction program from a list we supply
  • Event Night Accounting & Checkout
  • Raffle for single live auction item - organize this raffle
