New items have been added to the Live Auction Raffle!

Historically, the annual Spring Auction is Harmony Ark’s biggest fundraiser of the year, bringing together teachers, staff, parents, and the greater Occidental community for an evening of fun and celebration.  Stay tuned for more input on this fantastic event.

Auction Volunteers:

It's Auction time again! This year's event, Una Bella Festa, will be held at the Union Hotel on May 2. If you would like to help put together the largest fundraiser of the year, we are offering two ways to help out: 

AUCTION TEAM VOLUNTEER

Whenever we have specific tasks such as selling auction tickets one afternoon, picking up a single donation, or stuffing envelopes, we will send out an email posting detailing the job that needs done and our best estimate of the time commitment involved. There's no need to respond if you can't make it, you'll only need to send a confirmation email if you can.  

AUCTION COMMITTEE MEMBER

If you would like to be more involved in this year's auction, sign up to be on the committee! We'll ask you to attend occasional committee meetings and to take on small projects such as data entry, coordinating teacher/classroom donations, or being at the auction to sign people in and check people out.

 

Whatever help you can offer is greatly appreciated. The auction can't happen without the efforts of our fabulous volunteers!
