Rebate Programs

Sign Up for These Easy Rebate Programs Today!

Parents and friends of the Harmony Union School District can raise funds for our schools by enrolling in four merchant rebate programs that benefit the Harmony Ark Education Foundation.  Participating merchants make donations to the Ark based on a percentage of your purchases.  These donations help to provide our elementary and middle school students with a complete education, one that includes art, music, band, drum corps, after-school sports, garden activities, Spanish, computer instruction, drama, an elementary science teacher, and field trips.

These programs cost you nothing, and minimal effort is required.  Just show your supermarket loyalty cards or Community Smart card at checkout time, or pay with any credit or debit cards you have registered with eScrip.  During the past school year, members of our four programs raised over $6000 for the Ark! Here’s how to sign up online:

eScrip ESCRIP is our most successful program. Sign up here to benefit Harmony Ark Education Foundation (ID number 137601297). Register your Safeway Club and Macy’s cards, plus any credit or debit cards you may use to make purchases at participating merchants. These include Whole Foods Market, Fircrest Market, and Round Table Pizza in Sebastopol; Office Max, and Eddie Bauer in Santa Rosa. Click here for a complete merchant guide. If you don’t know your Safeway Club card number, call Safeway toll-free at 877-723-3929. If you need a Safeway Club card, you can download an application here. You may also pick up an application next time you’re at Safeway.

eScrip’s Online Mall, a gateway to over 700 online stores, is another easy way support the Ark. Purchases you make at any of the participating sites earn rebates that benefit our students. Just remember to access the sites via eScrip’s Online Mall, and pay with any credit cards you have registered with eScrip.

Community SmartCOMMUNITY SMART merchants include Fiesta Market, Andy’s Produce Market, Copperfield’s Books, and Toyworks in Sebastopol; Riley Street Art Supplies, Friedman’s Home Improvement, and Santa Rosa Shoes in Santa Rosa; ToobTown & Q-Zar in Rohnert Park. To obtain a Community Smart card, click here. You will receive your card and a complete list of participating merchants in the mail. Click here to search for merchants online. Remember to show your Community Smart card prior to payment at the checkout stand; in some cases, minimum purchases may apply.

Albertson's PLEASE NOTE: Albertsons has recently been acquired by Save Mart Supermarkets.  At this time, membership to Albertson’s Community Partners program is closed.  If you are already a member of the program, your purchases will continue to benefit Harmony Ark until the transition to Save Mart’s cash register system occurs at your store.  Save Mart has its own rebate program, called SHARES, and will notify current Community Partner participants about its program, giving instructions on how to apply for a SHARES card.  Check this page for further developments.

Raley's RALEY’S links its Quality of Life card to a paperless scrip program that benefits our schools. If you already have a card (also honored at Bel Air and Nob Hill markets), you will need to register for the program here. Select “Harmony Ark Education Foundation” as your beneficiary. If you have a zip code other than 95465, you will need to search for the Ark by typing in “Harmony.” You cannot apply for a Quality of Life card online; you may pick one up at the school office or at any Raley’s – there is no form to fill out. You must then activate and register your card for the scrip program by clicking here.

Thank you for taking a moment to sign up for these programs. We appreciate the support of everyone who participates! Need help signing up online? Contact the Ark's Merchant Rebates Coordinator, Teresa Book Webster.
